There is a small amount of grass-fed dairy in the turkey bolognese and the mashed cauliflower, and grass-fed ghee in the caramelized fennel with the kale. Everything is gluten free, dairy-free, refined sugar free and REAL food. Yay! All ingredients are organic, and local where possible.
Fee for the two trial meals (which you will most likely be able to stretch into an extra lunch or two) is $50 to cover cost of ingredients. Payment can be made by check to Jenny Byrne or Contigo Kitchen.
As you consider the service, the minimum Delivery subscription fee is $235 — this would include the following:
8 Servings of Mains
12 Servings of Sides & Soups
up to 4 Servings of whole grain/gluten free pasta (if you ever want more, I just charge a few dollars to cover cost of ingredients, however the 4 servings usually suffices as most clients are watching grain intake).
Price increases by about $15 for each additional serving from there (so 10 servings would be $265). Most clients get more meals out of their subscription than the noted servings (especially those feeding kiddos).
