I hope you’re feeling better and better as the hours pass, and that you’ll have your appetite back by Monday! I know that you may want to work through the things in the freezer, so I can do smaller amounts of the following or can leave things out— just let me know.

    • Sliced chicken breast marinated in turmeric, garlic and lemon, then browned off and tossed with roasted sweet onions. Delicious over chopped romaine or cooked veg for easy lunch or dinner.

  • Asian Turkey Meatballs with Ginger & Scallions

  • Quinoa Cakes with Sundried Tomato & Basil 

    • These are loaded with whole grains, greens, herbs and baked (not fried!). Yummy snacks or on-the-go savory breakfast option

  • Lunch Salads with Crunchy Slaw, Edamame and Local Miso Dressing
