Sample Menu Order Form
The following form gives you an idea of what it would be like to place your order with Contigo Kitchen. Before signing up, we'll go over how many servings suits your family and this will be the default for any dish you choose. You can write any requests, modifications or substitutions in the notes section. If snacks or breakfast items are of interest, I can incorporate these options into your menu as well.

Your personal menu will be unique to you and your family's needs. I take into account likes, dislikes, dietary restrictions and wellness goals when writing your menu. In a 4-hour session, I can generally cover 3 meals along with 2 additional sides.
When to Order
Menus are posted at least one week ahead of your scheduled session. Depending on the desired variety, we may map out a months worth of meals at a time, or may take it week by week.
When we speak about preferences I will also take inventory on whether or not you have things like a food processor, sheet pans, a dutch oven etc. I don't use a lot of fancy equipment and will bring whatever you don't have.

All menu items are gluten, egg and refined sugar free. Dairy is used sparingly and can be left out or substituted in most dishes.
