Health Coaching & Functional Nutrition Education

As a Certified Health Coach I offer bi-weekly sessions by phone or Skype for those needing support in setting health goals, finding relief from symptoms and tracking progress. Using functional nutrition frameworks, I engage clients with their health history and help them to connect the dots to make lasting and sustainable changes. Between sessions I'm available by email to answer questions, suggest recipes and help you stay on track.
